Hello!
Please take a moment to take note of class policies.

Classes can be purchased individually or in a 12-class series.

Payments are to be made by cash or check only (Checks payable  to “ Ken Anderson" or "Kenneth Anderson”)
Returned checks are subject to  $25 service fee.

Ken Anderson class series cards do not expire and are transferable.

Unless specified, class cards are good for any of my classes at any location.

Please treat series cards like cash…No refunds or replacements.

Cards must be presented before each class for admittance (hole punch method) otherwise a single class must be purchased.


All clients are required to read and sign a Liability Waiver Sheet (sign-in sheet) before admittance.

Class availability , location, times and duration are subject to change  without notice.
Inclusion on the XANADU-FITNESS email client list is your best bet to be notified of any last-minute changes or emergency cancellations.

Don’t think you can dance? Think again!
Ken Anderson’s CARDIO-FUNK is a 90-minute fusion of jazz and old-school funk designed to challenge both the experienced and
novice dancer.

Starting with a rhythmic warm-up that moves seamlessly into a thorough stretch and muscle toning exercises, CARDIO-FUNK
culminates with a fun dance combination that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and body moving!
The dance-based exercises of this full-body, cardiovascular workout are designed to get you get you the long, lean look of a
dancer, while the welcoming, informal atmosphere will help you rediscover the fun to be found in just moving to music!

Each class features a wide array of dance and music styles and with Ken’s choreography even the most “dance-phobic”
individual might find themselves feeling like a music video star!
